After a long unrequited love, Yasuke Arahabaki plans to finally confess to his childhood friend, Akari Inamori, when she comes over to eat at his house. However, just before dinner, his elder sister asks him to clear out the weeds at their family shrine's temple. Nervous about his upcoming confession, he accidentally breaks the shrine's sacred mirror.
As a terrible consequence, a girl comes surging out of the mirror, taking away Yasuke's soul and killing him. The girl then kisses him, reviving him. However, it turns out that the girl, Seoritsuhime, is a goddess of misfortune who holds Yasuke's soul along with a curse: if they were to separate, Yasuke would die once more.
Maga-Tsuki tells the story of an unfortunate man, a goddess of misfortune, a childhood friend, and the god above all other gods in their efforts to return their lives back to normal. But will this be an easy task, or will love stand in their way?

Maga-Tsuki review
This is a really good harem and comedy manga. If you're a fan of harem, then give this one a try. I really enjoyed it while reading it

Maga-Tsuki review
One of the many manga series that I have really enjoyed reading. With great varied characters, as well as lots of humour along the way, this is one of a kind story. With every new chapter, you can expect something different, therefore, it will keep you hooked onto the story, as there is so much going on. Also, if you like the aspect of a harem story, then this will defiantly be worth the read, as this manga is simply filled with it, as Yasuke tries to make all of the girls happy. None the less, great storyline, great characters, and something that will certainly
make you want to read it, and be worth the time.

Maga-Tsuki review
Maga-tsuki is your typical harem/ecchi series. If your looking for a complex manga with good characters and story this is not for you but if you don't mind ecchi and are looking for something hilarious and enjoyable to read then you might want to check this out.
Story:6 The story is far from being anything spectacular, this is your typical harem kind of story boy meets girl, other girls start popping up out of nowhere and fall in love with him.I still enjoy the story though because it tends to have absolutely hilarious moments from time to time.I am just reading this mainly for the comedy. Art: 7 For a harem series the art is actually pretty good. The characters and the backgrounds look pretty good not like its the best i have seen though. Characters:7 The characters aren't anything special they are the typical set of characters you would find in any other harem/ecchi series. Enjoyment: 8 I really enjoy reading this series, the story story is not great but i am not looking for that in this series just for a laugh and to enjoy myself. Overall:8 If you dont mind ecchi/harem series and the standard cliches that follow it and don't think too much about the story then you might enjoy this but if you dont like ecchi then don't expect to see anything different from this series its the standard ecchi series. |
Maga-Tsuki review
Normally i like harems like these but i dunno man, wasn't feeling it.
its good, but im not a fan of like a manga you can just pick up whenever, but i guess that's also a charm. whenever a new chapter would start it would be almost completely separate from the previous chapter and it felt like watching a cartoon which is kinda nice but i doesn't have much of a story apart from the premise of the manga. The whole soul stuff is a pretty cool concept and it kinda freshens up the manga every now and then and it does a pretty good job at it. might pick up again, might not. story 6 art 8 enjoyment 6.5 (i put 6) -HaremTrash |
Maga-Tsuki review
Maga Tsuki! is a story about some girls falling in love with a perverted boy, this may sound so clichéd but wait until you hear this...
They are Goddesses. Yes, I mean THOSE Goddesses, the one with the thing and lots of things? Yeah, THOSE. Buuut... Their characteristics are pretty much the same like the characteristics of your typical harem characters; the tsundere, the dandere, unexpectedly, kamidere. I'm kinda bored so I'll keep this brief and short. Story - 6 Why, you ask? Well it's because it's your typical harem story! With Goddesses! It wasn't even interesting in the first place, yet, I just tried to endure the pain of reading this damn manga! I watch as more and more characters appear in the protagonist's lucky life. Art - 8 The designs of the characters looks good and interesting, well, atleast the art is good. Character - 6 +1 = 7 The perverted protagonist! The tsundere childhood friend! The dandere! The kamidere! The characters that support the harem candidates to win the protagonist's heart! +1 because they're Goddesses! Except for one though, the tsundere childhood friend. Enjoyment - 5 I just wore a blank face as I read through the manga. Overall - 6 It isn't good, but it isn't bad. It's only somewhere in the middle. If you like a clichéd harem + ecchi story, then this manga is for you, if you don't, then leave. I'm just reading this since my friend reccommended this for me. |
Maga-Tsuki review
Maga-Tsuki in my opinion is a harem that has a fairly unoriginal plot in that it focuses on the "goddess coming to Earth and falling in love" scenario that I myself see quite a lot in the world of anime and manga. However, having an unoriginal plot doesn't mean that this manga is doing anything wrong, or that I disliked it. On the contrary, I am enjoying it and can see myself enjoying it for the rest of its publication. Let's look at why:
Story: 6 As mentioned above, the story itself is nothing overly interesting, with one of the plot keys being instantly relatable to that of Double Arts by KOMI Naoshi. To those of you that read both, you will know what I mean. Aside from that though, as of yet, there isn't anything overly original. However, that is okay since it is a school life manga. Art: 9 The art is great, with the characters being well drawn and flushed out, while not being overly detailed to the point that you feel like you're reading a piece of fine art. The characters are cute and funny when they need to be, and also comical and serious at the right times. I also like the character designs, especially that of our main character's childhood friend Akari. The backgrounds, while sometimes lacing detail, give of a surreal environment that closely matches the goddess premise that this story takes place in. Character: 7 The characters are all quite good, having distinct personalities and backstories behind some of them that add depth to the character. Only being 16 chapters in, there is character development happening, but whether that will continue is hard to say. The characters are good, and the only reason I give a 7 instead of 8 is because they all fit the stereotypical roles, with possibly the exception of one. You have the tsundere, the childhood friend and the overly innocent one, as well as the overly serious one (The overly serious one has only made one appearance up to where I have read, so I cannot say for sure that she is part of the harem). However, that is not to say that they do not execute these roles well, which they do. Enjoyment: 8 Being the kind of manga reader and anime viewer that I am, I really enjoy romantic comedies and slice of life. I don't know why, but I do. That's why, while this story up to now lacks too much serious plot or drama, I am fine with that. The comedy does its part and is funny. The art is great and the characters have wonderful personalities. I also love a great romance, and while it is a harem, each of the girls have their own legitimate reason for loving our main character, and it isn't hard to find at least one to sympathize with and root for. Overall: 8 If you're one for high action, scintillating dialogue and deep, philosophical/psychological real world connections, this isn't for you. This manga so far embraces its identity as a romantic comedy slice of life, and therefore does not appeal to those who do not enjoy those genres. However, if you enjoyed things like Nisekoi, Chuunibyou or perhaps the less well known Mahoraba, then this is definitely something to throw on your watch list because they are all very similar, and are all great reads/watches. Note: Akari for the win! Note: Please submit helpful or not helpful, I want to hear it all! |
Maga-Tsuki review
Maga tsuki, is another rom com harem, with cliched characters, however, it has been executed well. There's nothing special about the story, expect the same plots you'll get from any other harem rom coms. 1 boy, 4/5 girls and a mission to make them all happy so that he could lift a curse which has befall upon him.
The characters are likeable and the jokes are not bad, 1 thing i realized is the author gradually made yasuke more and more of a perverted guy just to make the plot funny, even though it gets tiring. One of the few animes i think this is quite similar to is sora no otoshimono and inukami. i liked the fact that there is progress, even though slow in the relationship between the main character. Overall, this is an enjoyable light manga, i would very much suggest to anyone who is a fan of harem rom coms |
Maga-Tsuki review
After introducing first two heroine after that it seems author might have been but off-trick on introduction of other heroines.
There is a plot related to school council president and author try to pick it up twice but it was dead end and so it seems the story is totally focused on our main character and not to includes on side character relationships. This story is you can say classmates of our main characters didn’t put much impact on the story except few people like giving an inspirational to main character for boosting the spirit or such (I hope you got what I am trying to say). There were few remarks I wanted to share (if author reads it) In the end, it was fun and enjoyable 🙂 |
Maga-Tsuki review
So yeah a little review.
Some slight spoiler. First of all, the setting; ok it was good taking japanese gods and thier story but seriously how can they have electricity in heaven?? How could the goddness not make money appear in front of them when they needed to make Akari's birthday?? This is the biggest plot hole yet. Author be like: "Manga logic ~" or "the readers wont mind". THIS DIDNT MAKE SENSE. Now the plot; So yeah putting a childhood friend rival loli, her imouto and so on... Even tho its cliche and have many filler chapter, author think we wont mind if he add 'plot'. Whats more, he add new girl when he ran out of ideas. I mean why the fu*k adding Momo( or whatever she is called) in the 50th chapter when you plan to finished it 15 chap after?? Once again, TOO much filler chapter; "More chapter = more volume =more money". Yeah some author's mind... His sister... Plz god re-name her "Plot armor". Author didnt even do the character development for her. How the fu*k she has that much influence on the principal, university or even the heaven?? Yeah 'Plot armor nee chan' is a better name. Futhermore those goddness be like: I am 1000+ years old but im still young ~. I will fall in love with a 15 yo boy which is also a pervert♡" .... ........ FFS MC PUSH A GIRL DAMN ALREADY, YOU WILL BE BOTH HAPPY!!!(Note:it is not consider as rape if both of them accept. They would marry anyway.) You have five f*cking girl beside you and still need porn magazine????? No development with side characters either. Author just make his friends perverted like him, with one being rich and own an apartment. Idk why he dont need his parent permission to let them stay a night there. The other one just disappear like nothing without any one notice. How? Even the author dont know. Author, do readers appears stupid ,illiterate to you?? Well, the last 5 chap good and fun to read AT LEAST. Only Akari development was good so far and this ending is barely satisfying. Overall 6/10. (Me being very very considerate) |
